Terms of Service

By accessing or using Distribution.studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal.

You agree not to misuse the service. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

• Reverse engineering, scraping, or circumventing platform limits.
• Uploading unlawful, infringing, or malicious content.
• Interfering with the security or integrity of the service.
• Reselling or sublicensing access without written permission.

We own all rights to the platform, including software, design, and trademarks. You retain ownership of the content you submit, and you grant us a limited license to process that content to provide the service.

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or use the service in a way that creates risk or legal exposure. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that recommendations will produce specific results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Distribution.studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Delaware.

We may update these terms periodically. We will notify you of material changes, and continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
